Transactions in own shares

Beazley plc ('Beazley' or the 'Company') announces that on 14 April 2025 it purchased for cancellation through J.P. Morgan Securities plc ('JPMS plc') the following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each, pursuant to the authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 5 March 2025.

Lowest price paid per share: 896.00p

Volume weighted average price paid per share: 898.0017p

Since the announcement of the share repurchase programme on 5 March 2025, Beazley has purchased 10,167,848 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation.
