Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust

The board of Beazley plc announces that Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 169,746 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 25 August 2015 at an average price of 324.76p.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 9,150,063 ordinary shares of 5p each (1.75% of the issued share capital).
