Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust

Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 348,241 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 22 November 2019 at a price of 529.74p.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 4,285,389 ordinary shares of 5p each (0.81% of the issued share capital).
