Directorate changes           

Beazley plc announces that Rolf Tolle, who has been a Beazley plc non-executive director since December 2010, has resigned from the board with effect from 11 March 2016.  Rolf Tolle has also stepped down from the board of Beazley Furlonge Ltd, Beazley's managing agency. 

Beazley plc also announces that Catherine Woods, who joined the board on 1 January 2016, has been appointed to the audit and risk committee with effect from 11 March 2016.

Beazley's chairman Dennis Holt said "my colleagues and I would like to extend our thanks to Rolf Tolle for his contributions and the challenge that he has brought to the Beazley boards and committees throughout his tenure, and we are delighted that Catherine Woods will be bringing her considerable experience to the audit and risk committee."   

There are no matters requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
