Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 14 May 2014,

Mrs Sophie Emma Horton, spouse of Mr David Andrew Horton, sold 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 244.50p per share.

As at 14 May 2014, Mr Horton and his connected person/s were interested in 1,580,087 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.
