Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust

Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust purchased 381,023 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 2 March at an average price of 518.555p.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 4,490,271 ordinary shares of 5p each (0.85% of the issued share capital).
