Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 8th April 2013, Mr Neil Patrick Maidment transferred 93,594 shares to his spouse, Mrs Elizabeth Louise Maidment.

At 8th April 2013, Mr Maidment and his connected persons were interested in 3,806,806 shares representing approximately 0.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.
