Directorate update

In accordance with LR 9.6.14, Beazley plc announces that Fiona Muldoon, independent non-executive director, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Grainger plc with effect from 15 April 2026 and Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect from 18 June 2026.  Fiona will also be a member of the Remuneration, Nominations and Responsible Business Committees.
