Beazley plc Directorate Changes

In accordance with Rule 9.6.11(3) of the Listing Rules, Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that Sir Andrew Likierman has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and that Dennis Holt has stepped down from this Committee with effect from 7 May 2015.

There are no matters requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
