Beazley plc Directorate Changes

Beazley plc announces that the board has appointed Sir Andrew Likierman as an independent non-executive director of Beazley plc. 

Beazley chairman Dennis Holt said: "I am delighted to welcome Andrew to the board of Beazley plc.  Andrew is a highly experienced non-executive director with an impressive depth and quality of experience, which will be invaluable to us as we continue to grow our business at Lloyd's and internationally." 

He is Dean of the London Business School and his career has spanned the public and private sectors.  It has included running a textile plant in Germany, heading the UK Government Accountancy Service and, most recently, serving as non-executive chair of the UK National Audit Office.

There are no matters requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
