Beazley plc Directorate Changes

Further to the announcement of 4 December 2012, Beazley plc announces that Jonathan Gray, who has been a Beazley plc executive director since July 2006, will retire from the Board effective 1 July 2013.  He will remain a director of Beazley Furlonge Limited.

There are no matters requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
