We are to inform that as per intimation dt.28/02/2024 received from M/s.Villasini Real Estate Private Limited (“Villasini”/ “Transferor Company”), one of the Promoter Entity, the Transferor Company got amalgamated with M/s.Sure Power Technologies Private Limited (“Transferee Company”). The change in the shareholdings pursuant to the amalgamation is yet to take place, and the same be reflected in the shareholding pattern of the Company in due course.
