1. The Board has approved the Statement of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30[th] September, 2020, duly certified by the auditors [M/s. 2. The Board has considered and approved to raise fund through preferential issue by issue of new Equity shares to the Promoters. The said fund raise is to meet the working capital requirements of the Company.
