Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 22[nd] May 2025, inter alia to consider audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 and to recommend final dividend, if any.

Further to inform that, in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 28[th] March 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from 1[st] April 2025 for all the Designated Persons viz. Directors, KMPs, designated employees of the Company including the immediate relatives of all the designated persons and for Connected Persons, will reopen after 48 hours from declaration of the financial results.
