We would like to inform you that Item No.9 of the notice of our 82nd Annual General Meeting regarding reappointment of Mr R Gowri Shanker, Independent Director stands withdrawn consequent upon his resignation from the Board of Beardsell Ltd vide his letter dated 15th September 2019 (received by us on 16th September 2019).

We have also announced the same to stock exchanges (copy enclosed) on 16th September 2019 as required under Part A Para A of Schedule III is SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015. {(NSE acknowledgment 2019 /Sep /2817 /2957 dated 16[th] Septmeber,2019) and ( BSE acknowledgment no. 1037517 dated 16[th] September, 2019)}
