With reference to the above and would inform you that in the Board Meeting held on 28th June. 2019 the following have considered and approved

• * 82nd Annual General Meeting of our Company will be held on Monday, the 30th September, 2019 at 10.00 A.M. at "Hindustan Chamber of Commerce, HC Kothari Memorial Hall, "Greams Dugar", South Wing, 5th Floor, 149 Greams Road, Chennai 600 006".
• * Register of Members and share Transfer Books of our Company will remain closed from 25th September 2019 to 30th September, 2019 (Both days inclusive ) in connection with the following
  • 82st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30th September, 2019 And
  • Declaration of Dividend of Rs. 00.24 (12 percent) per Equity share of Rs.2/- each for the year 2018-2019 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting

We also would like to inform that Pursuant to the provisions of section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is pleased to provide members facility to exercise their right to vote at the 82nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).

E-voting period begins on 27thSeptember, 2019 (9.00 AM) and ends on 29th September 2019 (5.00 P.M.) and the cut-off date is fixed on 24th September, 2019.
