PKS Holdings Limited (ASX: PKS) – Substantial Holding Disclosure

On behalf of Bombora Investment Management P/L (Bombora) attached is a notice of change of interests of substantial holder (Form 604) in relation to PKS, disclosing Bombora’s voting power of 8.63% as a result of acquisition of 6,015,000 fully paid ordinary shares (shares) on Market and via the recent Share Placement (Placement) which was announced to the Market on 23 February 2021.

Bombora is pleased to continue to support PKS via the recent capital raise as the business enters the next phase of growth.

Prior acquiring shares on market and via the Placement, Bombora held 12,585,000 shares.
