PKS Holdings Limited (ASX: PKS) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of PKS Holdings Limited (‘PKS’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of PKS, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 23 February 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

PKS Holdings Limited (ASX: PKS) – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, PKS Holdings Limited ACN 627 071 121 (Company) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to the Company’s securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company advises that:

(a) the reason for the request is pending an announcement in relation to a capital raise;

(b) it anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 23 February 2021 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the results of the capital raising; and

(c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
