Review of CEO Remuneration

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4 and following an independent external remuneration benchmarking process, Beacon Lighting Group Limited (ASX:BLX) advises that the remuneration of its Chief Executive Officer Glen Robinson has been reviewed with immediate effect.

His base salary inclusive of superannuation is now $286,150 (an increase of $100,000). His potential on-target cash bonus inclusive of superannuation and performance rights/options is now $187,250 (an increase of $99,750).
