Beacon Lighting Group To Acquire Two Franchised Stores

Beacon Lighting Group (ASX:BLX) is pleased to announce it has agreed to terms for the acquisition of two Beacon Lighting Franchised stores. The stores, located at Watergardens Homemaker Centre (VIC) and Essendon Homemaker Hub (VIC), were operated by the same franchisee. Having traded for more than 14 and 9 years respectively, they have developed a solid customer base over that time.

These stores will commence trading as company operated stores from 28[th] September 2015 and represent a further opportunity for the Group to grow.

Beacon Lighting is pleased to bring these two Franchised stores back into its core retail operation.
