Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 18, 2021, Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company” or “Berkshire”) posted presentation slides on its Investor Relations website at ir.berkshirebank.com. The presentation relates to the Company’s previously announced virtual presentation of “Berkshire’s Exciting Strategic Transformation” (“BEST”), Berkshire’s three-year plan targeted to significantly improve its financial performance and to support its positioning goal as the leading socially responsible community bank in the markets that it serves.

On May 18, 2021, the Company will also post a news release announcing BEST and a recording and transcript of the above-referenced virtual presentation to its Investor Relations website.
