Court Orders Lodged with ASIC

Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX: DLS) advises that, further to the ASX release lodged earlier today, the final court orders approving the Scheme of Arrangement to implement Drillsearch’s merger with Beach Energy Limited have now been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

As a result of the lodgement of the court orders with ASIC, trading in Drillsearch shares will be suspended by the ASX.
