Announcement regarding Beach Petroleum’s Takeover Offer

Earlier today Beach Petroleum Limited announced its intention to make an offer to acquire all of the shares in Drillsearch Energy Limited ( Drillsearch ).

Drillsearch is considering its position with respect to the announcement and notes there is no need for Drillsearch shareholders to take any action at this time.
