Beach Energy Limited (ASX: BPT) (“Beach”), advises that Ms Margaret Hall has been appointed as an alternate director for Mr Ryan Stokes.

Ms Hall is the Chief Executive Officer of Seven Group Holdings Energy and brings over 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to her role.

The appointment will continue for a period of one year or until termination in accordance with Beach’s constitution. Ms Hall will be subject to the existing protocols and other arrangements which govern the relationship between Beach and the Seven Group.

Ms Halls’ Appendix 3X is attached.
