Beach Energy Limited (ASX: BPT) (“Beach”), advises that Mr Ryan Stokes has been appointed as an alternate director for Ms Margaret Hall, effective from 1 December 2021.

Mr Stokes is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Seven Group Holdings Limited (SGH).

The appointment will continue until termination in accordance with Beach’s constitution. Mr Stokes will be subject to the existing protocols and other arrangements which govern the relationship between Beach and the Seven Group.

Mr Stokes’ Appendix 3X is attached.
