Withdrawing Resolution 3 for the 2021 Annual General Meetin g

Beach Energy Limited (Beach Energy) advises that Resolution 3 - Approval of the issue of securities to Matthew Kay under the Beach 2021 Long Term Incentive Offer in the Notice of Meeting released to the Australian Securities Exchange on 8 October 2021 for the 2021 Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 November 2021, has been withdrawn by order of the board.

The withdrawal of Resolution 3 does not affect the validity of any proxies in relation to the other resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting to be considered at the Annual General Meeting.
