BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. Announces 2025 Third Quarter Conference Call and Webcast Details

Duiven, the Netherlands, October 15, 2025 - BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. ("the Company" or "Besi"), (Euronext Amsterdam: BESI; OTC: BESIY), a leading manufacturer of assembly equipment for the semiconductor industry, will release its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, on Thursday October 23, 2025 at 7.00 a.m. CET (1.00 a.m. EDT).

A conference call to discuss the Company's 2025 third quarter results will be held on Thursday October 23, 2025, at 4.00 p.m. CET (10.00 a.m. EDT).
