The Company is providing facility of remote e-voting to its Members in respect of the business to be transacted at the AGM. The lemote e-Voting period commences on Saturday, the 25th day of September, 2021 (9.00 a.m. IST) and ends on Monday, the (27th day of September, 2021 (5.00 p.m. IST). During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares both in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date (record date) i.e. Tuesday, the 21st day of September, 2021 may cast their vote by remote e-voting. The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by Link Intime India Private Limited for voting thereafter. Once the uote on a resolution is cast by the member, the member shall not be allowed to change it subsequently. Further, the facility of e-voting will also be made available at the AGM and members attending the AGM, who have not cast their votes by remote e-voting shall be able to exercise their right at the AGM.
