Takeover bid by BC Iron Limited for Iron Ore Holdings Ltd Compulsory acquisition

BC Iron Limited ( BCI ) advises that the compulsory acquisition of all remaining shares in Iron Ore Holdings Ltd ( IOH ) has been completed. Claim forms for IOH shareholders who did not accept BCI’s takeover bid for IOH on or prior to the closing date have been dispatched today.

Appointment/Resignation of Company Secretary

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, BCI advises that Ms Linda Edge has resigned as a Company Secretary of BCI. BCI’s General Counsel, Ms Hayley McNamara, has been appointed as an additional Company Secretary to replace Ms Edge. Both changes were effective 19 November 2014.
