BCI Minerals Limited (ASX: BCI) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of BCI Minerals Limited (‘BCI’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BCI, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 19 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

BCI Minerals Limited (ASX:BCI) – request for trading halt pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, BCI Minerals Limited ( BCI or the Company ) requests an immediate trading halt in the Company’s securities (ASX code: BCI).

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, BCI provides the following information:

• the trading halt is requested pending release of an announcement regarding an update on the Company’s capital raising plans;

• BCI requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the above and the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 19 November 2021; and

• BCI is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
