NOTICE OF DATE OF AGM AND

CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

BCI Minerals Limited (ASX:BCI) (“Company”) announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 25 November 2021 at 2.00pm (WST) at the offices of BDO, 38 Station Street, Subiaco, Western Australia.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 11.3 of the Company’s Constitution, a valid nomination for the position of Director may be received by the Company not less than 30 business days before the date of the annual general meeting being Thursday, 14 October 2021 and not more than 40 business days before the date of the annual general meeting being Thursday, 30 September 2021.

Further information on the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be released to ASX on or before Friday, 22 October 2021.
