Cleansing Notice – Section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

BCAL Diagnostics Limited gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 615,651 shares as set out in the Appendix 2A dated 6 March 2026.

The Company issued 615,651 shares to a service provider at a deemed price of $0.09475 per share, under LR 7.1, as outlined in the Appendix 2A, without disclosure, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

(b) section 674 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.

This announcement has been approved by the Company Secretary.
