B&C Speakers S.p.A.:
Bagno a Ripoli (Florence), 20 January 2026 – B&C Speakers S.p.A., a leading international operator in the design, manufacture, distribution and marketing of electroacoustic transducers for professional use, announces that for the 2025 financial year, based on preliminary data currently available and not yet audited, it will record consolidated revenues of approximately €99 million, down 1% compared to the figure achieved in 2024, when it stood at €100 million.
It should be noted that, although not in line with the company's expectations, this result was achieved despite the significant international difficulties that have progressively affected the reference market.
Chief Executive Officer Lorenzo Coppini commented on the preliminary results as follows: "We have left a difficult year behind us, during which the Group faced multiple challenges, first and foremost the tariff policy of the new US administration, which forced us to rethink some of our strategies, inevitably slowing down their implementation. Nevertheless, the results for the year remain in line with those of the previous year, and the knowledge that we have worked hard to strengthen our growth tools, from research and development to the integration of new production lines and the launch of an online sales platform for the United States, which is a completely new development for the Group's commercial activities, makes us look forward to the year ahead with motivation and expectation."
B&C Speakers S.p.A. is an international leader in the design, production, distribution, and marketing of professional electro-acoustic transducers (the main components in acoustic speakers for music, commonly referred to as loudspeakers), supplied mainly to professional audio-system manufacturers (OEM). With around 350 employees, approximately 12% of whom are in its Research and Development Department, B&C Speakers carries out all design, production, marketing and control activities under the Group's brands at its offices in Florence, Reggio Emilia, Eminence (KY-USA) and DongGuan (CN): B&C, 18SOUND, EMINENCE and CIARE. Most of its products are developed according to its key customers' specifications. B&C Speakers also operates in the US and Brazil through two subsidiaries carrying out commercial activities.
