NEW CHAIRMAN OF THE NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE
Bagno a Ripoli (Fi), 23rd JULY 2024 - B&C Speakers S.p.A., one of the leading international operators in the field of design, production, distribution and marketing of electroacoustic transducers for professional use, announces, as of today, the change of the Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
In particular, the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee was assigned to director Valerie Sun, while previously it had been assigned to director Roberta Pecci.
