APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

Reference is made to the announcement of BBMG Corporation* (the “ Company ”) on the poll results of the 2017 second extraordinary general meeting dated 15 December 2017, relating to, amongst other things, the appointment of a non-executive director.

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of the Company is pleased to announce that a meeting of the Board was held on 28 December 2017 and it was resolved, amongst other things, that Mr. Yu Zhongfu be appointed as a member of the audit committee with effect from 28 December 2017.
