The Management Board of I2DEVELOPMENT S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the _quot;Company_quot;)informs that today, i.e. May 16, 2022, it learned that the PFSA made adecision to grant permission to withdraw the Company's shares fromtrading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock ExchangeS.A. (_quot;WSE_quot;) as of May 27, 2022.
Immediately after the delivery ofthe PFSA's decision to the Company, the Company will submit a request towithdraw the Company's shares from trading on the regulated marketoperated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. (_quot;WSE_quot;) as of May 27, 2022.
In addition, the Management Board ofthe Company informs that due to the withdrawal of the Company's sharesfrom trading on the regulated market operated by the WSE, on May 27,2022. The company will cease publishing periodic reports.
