With reference to the current reportNo. 15/2022 of April 9, 2022 and No. 16/2022 of May 16, 2022, theManagement Board of the company under the name I2 DEVELOPMENT S.A.(_quot;Company_quot;), hereby informs that in connection with the decision of thePolish Financial Supervision Authority on granting permission towithdraw the Company's shares from trading on the regulated market,about which the Company informed in the current report No. 16/2022 ofMay 16, 2022, the Company in on May 17, 2022, it entered the WarsawStock Exchange S.A. (_quot;WSE_quot;) with a request to withdraw, as of May 27,2022, the Company's shares from trading on the regulated (main) marketoperated by the WSE.

At the same time, on May 18, 2022,the Company applied to the National Depository for Securities S.A. inWarsaw with a request to terminate the participation agreement of theIssuer type.
