Subject: Resolution of the Management Board of i2Development S.A. on the purchase of its own bonds

Article 17 para. 1 MAR - confidential information.ManagementBoard of i2 Development S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (the"Issuer") informs that on December 18, 2019, the Management Boardadopted a resolution on the purchase of its own Series E bearer bondsnot having the form of a document, with a nominal value of PLN 1,000.00each, issued by the Company pursuant to a resolution of the ManagementBoard of January 10, 2018, marked by the National Depository forSecurities the code 'PLI2DVL00063' [hereinafter: Bonds]. The Bonds willbe bought back for redemption pursuant to art. 76 clause 1 of the Act of15 January 2015 on bonds at their nominal value, up to the nominal valueof the bond equal to PLN 15,000,000.00, by 17 January 2019. The purchaseof the Bonds may be carried out as part of trading on or off theexchange.
