Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Notification is given that the LTIP awards for 2020-2023 originally granted on 23 December 2020 have vested and that the relevant number of shares in the Company have been transferred out of treasury to the relevant participants on 15 May 2024, in accordance with the rules of the LTIP and the relevant performance criteria. Notification is further given that the STIP awards for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, one third of which was to be settled in shares, after taking into account any tax liability, have also vested and the relevant number of shares have been transferred out of treasury to the participants on 15 May 2024. No payment by the participants was required for the grant of the awards, on vesting, or on transfer of the relevant shares out of treasury.
The individual vested awards to PDMRs were as follows;
