Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 25 May 2021 of the following transactions by Duncan Ball and Frank Schramm, Co-CEOs of the Company (together, the "Co-CEOs").
· Between 24 and 25 May 2021, Duncan Ball sold 380,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 174.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Duncan Ball now holds 635,660 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
· Between 24 and 25 May 2021, Frank Schramm sold 381,659 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 174.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Frank Schramm now holds 600,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
The sale of these shares is being undertaken to pay tax and for personal portfolio planning purposes.
Together the Co-CEOs now hold 1,235,660 shares in the Company, which is over 200% of their current salaries, and remain totally committed to the long term success of BBGI.
The Supervisory Board of BBGI has approved these transactions and believes there continues to be strong alignment between the Management Board and shareholders as a result of the existing remuneration structure.
