• To consider and recommend Final dividend on equity share for FY-2022-23, if any.

• To consider and transit other business item forming part of detail agenda.

Further, our intimation dated 28[th] , March, 2023 relating to Closure of trading window, Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company (‘Code’), trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons which remain closed and will be re-opened 48 hours after the said Audited financial results becomes publicly available.
