Further, our intimation dated 31st, March, 2021 relating to Closure of trading window, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company ('Code') as well as Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 issued by the Stock Exchange dated 02nd April, 2019, for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons which remain closed and will be re-opened 48 hours after the said Audited financial results becomes publicly available.
