• Date for The Commencement of Postal Ballot for The Approval of Members for Migration of $2.$ Equity Shares of the Company from Emerge Platform to Main Board of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
• 1. Draft Postal Ballot Notice for the Approval of Members for the Migration, which will be sent to all Members of the Company.
• 1. Approved the Cut-Off Date and Remote E-Voting Period for Postal Ballot.
• 1. Appointment of M/s. Sharma & Pagaria, Practicing Chartered Accountant, as Scrutinizer for scrutinizing E-voting process.
