Subject: Rejection of Request for Certication of Class Action

Further to Note 20A4 to the Company's nancial statements as of 31.12.2024¹ regarding a lawsuit and a request for certication as a class action due to allegations of air pollution in the Haifa Bay area, which was led against the Company, the subsidiaries – Carmel Olens Ltd. and Gadiv Petrochemical Industries Ltd. – and other defendants (the certication request), for a monetary amount of approximately NIS 14.4 billion², the Company is honored to update that, on 13.1.2026, the Tel Aviv District Court rejected the certication request and awarded costs of NIS one million in favor of the Company, the subsidiaries, and other defendants.
