Sub.: Outcome of Board Meeting – Declaration of Special Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today on November 01, 2021 have declared a Special Dividend of Rs. 125/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22.

The Special Dividend will be paid to the eligible members of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record date i.e. Saturday, November 13, 2021 electronically through Bank transfer on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. In case of shareholders who have not registered their bank mandate with the Company, the physical dividend warrant/cheques will be dispatched to their registered addresses.
