In terms of Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, please find enclosed disclosure in relation to decrease in shareholding of the schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund by 2.0343% as of June 20, 2023 in the prescribed format.

Therefore, as on June 20, 2023 the aggregate holding of the scheme of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund in the company is 2.9819% of the paid up capital of the Company.
