Item 8.01. Other Events

On September 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of United Business Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly owned operating subsidiary of BayCom Corp, appointed Terry Curley to serve as the Chief Credit Officer of the Bank. Ms. Curley had been serving as interim Chief Credit Officer since July 2021. Ms. Curley will continue to serve as the Bank’s Executive Vice President and Director of Labor Service Division as well. Her new title is Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Director of Labor Service Division.
