2021 Annual General Meeting & Closing Date for Director Nominations

Balkan Mining and Minerals Ltd (BMM or the Company) (ASX: BMM) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 23 November 2021.

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for the election of directors is 24 October 2021. Any nominations must be given to the Company by no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 24 October 2021.
