Bawan Company announces that it has received a letter from the shareholder Abdulqadir Al Muhaidib & Sons Company (Closed Joint Stock Company), being one of the major shareholders in the Company, holding 13.38% of Bawan Company’s shares, stating its desire to reorganize and restructure its investment portfolios by transferring 2,900,000 shares, representing approximately 4.83% of Bawan Company’s shares, from its investment portfolio to the portfolio of Al Muhaidib Holding Company (Limited Liability Company), which is one of the subsidiaries of Abdulqadir Al Muhaidib & Sons Company.

This transfer will result in an adjustment in the ownership percentage of one of the major shareholders and an update in the list of major shareholders published on Tadawul website.

The shareholder has obtained the Capital Market Authority’s approval to transfer securities without executing a transaction, in accordance with subparagraph (m) of paragraph (2) of Article 36 of the Securities Depository Center Rules.
