Vienna (pta012/30.12.2019/12:30) - BAWAG Group AG (the "Company") announces that following the execution of a capital reduction the total number of voting rights in the Company amounts to 89,142,237 and that the Company's share capital amounts to EUR 89,142,237.

It is noted that the total number of voting rights and the share capital have not changed since the last announcement dated 6 December 2019.
